The Dior Pre-Fall 2024 Show was held at the Brooklyn Museum in New York on April 15, 2024.
The collection, designed by Maria Grazia Chiuri, included over 100 looks and was intended as a celebration of the unique connection between Dior’s native Paris and New York City, two capital cities of fashion.
Drawing inspiration from the 1967 opening of the Miss Dior boutique and the launch of ready-to-wear collections, Chiuri reimagined iconic Dior silhouettes from different eras.
The pieces fused innovative techniques and time-honored savoir-faire.
The accessories embodied the creative effervescence of the '60s and '70s, with bags in different variations and sizes, enhanced by the leopard print, or Miss Dior logo that run through the collection.
